I understand.  I've been in your shoes.  If you click on this button, you'll see a few questions.  Take a look.  That's the first step:

Won't I feel uncomfortable?
​

Talking with someone about things that are painful or difficult for you can be challenging.  My work is to be with you in a way that includes all of that and the overwhelm and hesitation that can come with it.  Could you consider that you would be welcomed as you are?

Can we work online and how does that work?

​

Yes, I work online.  As well as talking therapy, there are many practices and exercises that translate well online to guide you.

How long will we work together?

​

It depends on your situation.  My focus is on work that allows real transformation and not quick fixes.  Reviewing our work together with you is an important time when you are able to reflect on how you are doing, notice and celebrate your progress and consider what you might need as your next steps.
